An old fashioned dial Phone to Appliqué
Here is the layout for this block, each piece is assigned a letter:
Note that the two bottom layers (which you'll find in Templates One and Two are full size phone silhouettes to lay on top of each other. B is the bottom layer (shown in black in the color image at the top) and C is the 2nd layer shown in gray above. You may want to trim the center sections out of these parts to avoid making such a thick finished block with many layers.
