Meredith Helgeson (Western Canada) sent in two quilt images to
share. She studied with
Kathleen
Bisset in Alberta and says, "This pattern, Magic Tiles, was designed by
Kathleen Bissett, an American living in Canada." (right)
This second quilt detail from Meredith is called:
"Cathedral in the Woods after an outdoor church at a KOA campground my
husband and I have stayed at in Livingstone, Montana along the Yellowstone
River. Many of the fabrics in the quilt are leafy ones so all round the name fit
quite perfectly." A friend of Meredith's did lovely machine quilting on the
quilt.

Yuletide Mariner is designed and made by Daintry Chitaroni of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada
The pattern is available in two sizes, 48" x 60" (Yuletide Mariner) or 24" x 32" (Yuletide Mariner II). The wallhanging is hand appliquéd and hand quilted. The star in the upper corner is paper pieced. The names of your children, grandchildren, nieces or nephews can be either embroidered or printed in permanent marker on the list.
